OUR PROCESS
At Double A Doodles we strive to assist families in finding their perfect fluffy friend! We have a standard process we follow to ensure pure transparency and success.

Current waitlist time is approximately 6-12 months.

APPLY:
If you are interested in moving forward and would like to be added to our active waitlist for a future puppy, please fill out our Puppy Application. If approved, you will then be asked to place a non-refundable $200 deposit, holding your spot on our active waitlist. Our waitlist time can vary, so please take this into consideration before placing a deposit.

NEXT STEPS:
Our waitlist is based on the order of deposits received. Due to the protection and security of our families, we do not share this waitlist online or with others. We will notify each applicant when puppies are on the way and a litter has been born!

Puppies will become available to be selected once they are 6 weeks of age, based on the order of the waitlist. We will begin contacting individuals to make their selections at this time, based on the contact information provided. We ask that you kindly respond within 12 hours with your puppy selection, otherwise we will need to move to the next person on the list. You will stay on the waitlist until you choose your puppy. If you choose to pass on any litter and prices increase, you will be subjected to the higher price.

Young puppies are very susceptible to multiple illnesses such as; Parvo, Distemper, etc. Due to this increased risk, we limit on-site visitation to only once per family, throughout the waiting period.

Full payment, along with any shipping or transport fees must be paid within 5 days of choosing your puppy. No payments will be accepted on puppy pick-up day, unless prior arrangements/exceptions have been approved.

GOTCHA DAY:
All puppies will be ready for their new homes at 8 weeks of age. Hooray! The day has finally come for you to snuggle your newest babe!
You may pick up your puppy here at the homestead of Double A Doodles in Pennsylvania. We are happy to find a date and time that will work with your schedule!

We partner with Pet Jet Pals-Courier Service to help deliver your puppy to your local airport:
